I have. I grabbed the sample pack, which had apple, lemon, and blue. Apple tasted like shit, lemon was pretty good, and blue was average. As for the PWO itself I don't think I am a good judge. I just came off of C4 when I ordered this stuff.

I did feel a bit more energy and pump than C4 but not much. I recently picked up Hyde and that is my favorite by far. Tastes great, mixes well, and great energy.

I'd probably put C4 on the low end (or if you're just starting/don't know if you even want/need a PWO), Curse in the middle, and Hyde on the high end.

What are /fit/ thoughts about this? This guy says that weightlifting alone is not useful to burn fat, but in any other place is someone saying that no need to cardio if you are weight training.

obviously you can simply eat less, but if you dont move, you will rather lose some muscle mass instead of all the fat you want to get rid of. and yoyo effects are a big thing because of thoughtless diets which leave you wanting more instead of eating healthy, as much as you need and doing sports for a change.

Yes both of those lifts increase posterior chain power. What's stronger and will have thicker branches? A tree with a solid trunk and or a tree with a thin trunk.

They both also make every life task imaginable way easier. Doesn't have to be in a squat or diddly esque movement either. Everything will seem to weigh less because you have a powerful core
