A few weeks ago somebody posted a routine called "the swedish routine", which included bicycling along with the strength training.
It was a recommended intermediate routine for 4-5 days a week. I'm off from work for two months and feel ready to leave off from SS.
Anyone have the routine? Anyone heard of it? Or was I dreaming?
