Found a way to infinite gainz:

Old one looks to be dying.
Bulking on 4450 kcal/day. It's a fuckton of food and I can't tolerate more than about 50g fibre thanks to shitty internal problems. Because of this I have about 50% of my diet from fat, with ~15% saturated. No sugar, no processed crap, but I'm worried that I'm fucking myself over with the high sat fat intake. Can't seem to get a straight answer anywhere. Thoughts?

I diddlied 100 kg the very first time I ever tried it, as a 70 kg lanklet who played abit of soccer.

The girl I'm dating and lifting with is around 60 kg and just did two reps at 85 kg after 3 sessions. And that was with horrible form, nearly completely straightening her legs out before the bar even took off from the floor.

I refuse to believe any lifter of the male gender would have a problem with 100 kg, you people must be doing something horribly wrong.

G'day lads

Keen to start getting /fit/ over the next few months, but I've got no equipment and a gym membership is a bit too expensive for me right now.
I'm definitely going to get some adjustable dumbells, as they're cheap and apparently versatile.

People tell me that I'm also going to want an adjustable bench. Is it necessary, or is it just a nice convenience?

Idk where you are from, but a bench and good adjustable dumbbells are probably more expensive than a 3-6 month gym membership.

I've been doing body-weight pull ups for quite some time now. With the pull ups I can't get past 13.
I do pull ups every other day, I usually try 5x6 and can't finish, start doing 3 or 2 pull ups by the 4th set.
Can anyone recommend me a good pull up program? I really want to pass my maximum of 13 push ups.
I've tried googling for better programs but all I find is clickbait trash. Thanks.

So how long do you stay in the gym /fit/ ?

I usually stay between 1 and 2 hours. 15mins warming up on crosstrainer, then lifting for 1.5hours and then 15mins cooling down running. But i've heard that training for longer than an hour is bad. Which sucks cause i really like doing this. How long do you go?

Anyone have any advice for an anon who needs to lose weight and has severe social anxiety/body image issues? I'm 5'8 and around 185 currently I would guess. I have no problem with exercise, but I can only "work out" when I'm indoors and alone where no one can hear my deep gasps and see my long hair drenched in sweat after 10 minutes. No chance at gyms or even running outside...wanna burn off my belly, tits and doublechin primarily in the confines of my own apartment (when nobody is home). If I could do at least that, I think my body image issues would disappear completely (the social anxiety isnt going anywhere though). When I know I have a day home to myself, (maybe once a week) I'm limited to my weights (5-40) and a yoga mat and have no real knowledge of proper workouts. Usually I just do squats, curls, planks, pushups and leg lifts laying down until I cant anymore. Sometimes I also jog around my couch. The weights are giving me seeious biceps and I can even feel the 4-pack start under the fat but not seeming to trim anyrhing whatsoever. Very inexperienced at this and feel like I'll be a fat fuck forever until I can buy a treadmill or get my own place no matter how much I try to burn fat.

One more point: I am a major stoner and night owl so I snack constantly at night which is a big contribution to my fatness. Tips for foods that are filling even when high, drinks that i can chug without getting fat that can stop would be sweet too if you dont have any workout tips. Thanks, /b/, you are literally my only hope.

I would tell you to stop smoking for a variety of reasons but most stoners don't have the mental capacity to go cold turkey.
I find that if I'm not hungry but have the munchies that a banana and 2 glasses of water seem to satisfy me. Just remember, you ant going to feel satisfied right after eating/drinking so don't make the mistake of eating more in the time it takes to start digesting

Is viagra safe to use? Really?
