Not sure if this is credible or not, but this article says that boosters can increase test from 20-50%, while a low dose test cycle boosts about 300%. May or may not be worth it I guess.

Would generally say shit. Some of them were creepy and I wouldn't be surprised if a pedo thing came out about them. I've had quite a few good tennis and badminton pointers between all the PE teachers. I find it hard to get my head in the tennis game tho. Basketball was okay, but mostly taught by a netball teacher. Decent hockey too.

I've read the sticky and I've been lifting for 6 months now. I gained about 20lbs my intake is about 1600 cals a day I'm 22 years old and 6'2"
here are my stats

yeah they're all with the bar. I was about 116lbs when I started. I was deathly holocaust mode when I started aswell as an eating disorder which cleared up because of mutant mass. I'm a hard gainer I guess.

I've been going to the gym 3 times a week, 45-60 min each time, for about a month now, but I'm not seeing many results. I do weight training for my arms and chest (legs soon, yeah I know I'm a pleb)

I do barbel curls, push ups, bench up to 70 lbs now, chin ups, some exercises for triceps (don't know what it's called)

I also do inclined/reverse situps, the air bicycle shit, and use a machine for sitting, weighted crunches or something (again not entirely sure) for core workouts.

I'm 6'0 and 150 lbs. I eat well 95% of the time (lean/plain chicken, turkey, eggs, vegetables, fruits, plain oatmeal, and some protein shake with 30g/scoop) but still look flabby as fuck and can still see my ribs somehow.

Am I doing this wrong? What more can I do? Has it just not been long enough? Also, was wondering if I maybe I'm not getting enough macronutrients still, could that cause it?

Eat, lift, rest.
Eat slightly above maintenance, progressive overload on your lifts, don't overtrain and sleep 8h+. Consistence is key. Progress will come in time.
