I agree with you on how it can hurt your social life. Unless you're talking with people who've also used 4chan (or even reddit) it can be harder to keep a conversation going. Limiting your use to a few hours a week might be nice.

I like that opinions can be a bit more free on here than other sites. This site has as bad of a hive mentality as any other though. It sucks that so many people try to act like how 4chan users are "supposed" to act (r9k, pol, a, b, etc.). I understand the appeal of acting that way, but seriously lurk more before posting. /fit/ and /tg/ have been the best boards I've frequented, but even they have an endless supply of roodypoo sperglords.

Go outside and lose your egos guys, it really helps.

Cutting Thread

Post here if you're on a cut, especially if you're just chubby and not coming off a bulk.

How are you guys dealing with it? I have on and off days. I don't think I've broken my intended amount of calories yet, but it feels like it when I get ravenous and eat quickly. I've been trying to go out and do more things, guess I haven't been trying hard enough because my mind is always on my hunger or my horniness.


How often are you guys' cheat days/meals? I have an entire cheat day every 2 weeks. It keeps me sane, but I still peak in starvingness a week after my cheat day.
