Guys I don't have a fucking appetite.The fuck is wrong with me? I use to be able to eat 2 extra large double quarter pounder combos from McDonald's with a soda. Now I can barely eat a quarter pounder. I feel hungry but I won't want to eat. I'll literally just won't want to.
This has been happening for about a week now. The ONLY thing that has changed from this week and the last month is that I'm with this cute HBB. Could this be it?
Also I just ate a quarter pounder. This shit only has about 550 calories. I still have a side of fries right next to me but I just don't feel like eating it. I have only eaten about a total of 900 calories in the past 18-20 hours or so.

currently you're just getting more efficient and that's good but it's slow and unsustainable for loner periods of time(ie: you won't get to 300 bench that fast if you maintain you current bw)

Cut all the bullshit, stick with the press, bench, squat, and deadlift, and change deadlift to 1x a week. And change the pull ups to 2 sets. Rotate pull ups with chin ups for bicep gains.

I've been lifting on a deficit for almost 5 months now; stronglifts and keto. I've never lifted seriously before.
This is what I have done in 5 months; everything in pounds:
Body Weight: 260 to 220
Squat: 45 to 235
Bench: 45 to 130
OHP: 45 to 90
Deadlift: 45 to 245
Row: 45 to 180
(The reason I started everything at 45 is because I am pants on head retarded and I didn't know any better when I started.)
Are my OHP and Bench as fucking terrible as I think they are in terms of having had 5 months working on them?

Have you done any of the more difficult progressions and variations of the lifts? i.e. incline, DB, cableflies, supersetting, front/hack squat, power cleans, etc?
Also, if you've hit a plateau on all your lifts with regular sets and reps count, try upping the sets or reps, or run a reverse pyramid periodization.
Let's hear what the rest of /fit/ has to say.
I guess the overall question is whether or not my progress is acceptable given the fact that I am lifting through a deficit.

No. I have not done variations of any of the lifts. And I haven't done any other isolation work, like chinups/dips because I think I'm still too weak to pull it off, and I don't have shit to try them at home, and I'm still scared shitless to try and fail in the gym. I'll get over the feel when I've dropped more weight and I'm confident that I'll be able to pull off 2 or 3 of them in the first set so that I don't look like a complete sad sack.
I feel like my squats have increased so much that they are exhausting me to the detriment of the subsequent lifts. Is it too early to switch squats to 3x5 to save energy so I can get my bench and ohp up?
