I've done SS, but I want to start lifting to improve my basketball now. What would be a good routine for this? Strength stuff leaves often leaves me too tired to play, and basketball practice leaves me too sore to progress. What sort of routine would you guys suggest?

Sup /fit/, so for anyone knowledgeable in this area I was wondering if there's anyway to improve my facial aesthetics at the age of 19.

I screwed myself over (or rather, seasonal allergies did) by mouth-breathing my whole life, so I know some/ most of the damage can't be undone, but I'd like to know if anyone has tips for lifestyle changes that could lead to better facial symmetry, more masculine features, etc.

I got pretty lucky since Ive been told countless times I'm very attractive, some girl have even just come up to me and told me I'm 'beautiful', however I can't rely on these experiences and I know for a fact I could/ should look much better.

So other than fixing my sinuses and making a conscious effort to breathe through my nose, as well as maybe getting braces- do you /fit/izens know of anything else I can do if I still have any time left?

I'm on a cut now, deficit for about 8 months but cutting hc for a month, at 1600kcal a day.

Its gruesome. Today I ate 100g of lean chicken and a bell pepper for lunch.

I just want the bellyfat to pls go so I can get back to progressing. Feel super weak and starting to feel like I'm not recovering fast enough, may switch one lifting day to swimming until the end of the cut to make it easier.

QTDDTOT (Questions that don't deserve their own thread) old one is reaching its limits

So I'm doing SS and I noticed that power clean day is much more intensive than deadlift day (compare amount of work you have to do with PC, it's like three times more) + bench press is usually heavier than OHP.
I threw some pull ups to PC day, but after 5 sets of Power Cleans I just didn't have enough energy to even walk, let alone power clean
So I reduced PC volume to 3x3 and thus I feel less tired and can do some pull ups post workout and I don't feel like reducing halts my progression on cleans. Did I do it right or am I just fucking with the program as always?

I know this sounds childish to ask, but im stalling on bench press at 185 lbs for 5x5. My goal is the obvious 225lbs for 5x5. But what exercises can i do to increase my bench press??

Also would weight have something to do with it? I weight 165 lbs. Should i be trying to increase my weight by any means necessary as well?

Anyway, my family is fat. I'm obese (by 3 lbs), my father is probably morbidly obese, and my mother and sister are probably obese as well. I've had an interest in y'know, not being a fatass for a while, but depression set me back a bit, and when you're depressed and can't talk to/trust anyone, shit sucks.

Anyway, I'm trying to get into cooking now that I can really cook/purchase groceries since I've got job money, and I need to know some cheap multi-use ingredients. I like scrounging about for cool recipes online, but they more often than not don't share certain spices/ingredients, so I end up buying a container of a certain spice or whatever that I won't use for anything else.

Inb4 move out, can't afford it. Also my credit score is garbage (and it isn't my fault, see >>34825893 )

Thanks, this should help me put together a list of essentials, not that anybody else will eat them and I'll get in trouble because it's disrespectful to cook my own meal if food has been cooked/bought already.

Also does anyone know any depression advice? I don't trust therapists (and for good reason) so any advice is appreciated.
