Australia cunts, need some advice.

I'm an /out/ poster usually, I've just got back from my doctor today and I have a severe sleep aponea problem. My neck is too fat and my snoring I've been told will give me guaranteed heart problems if I don't loose weight.
I'm an oldfag, I never post here only on /out/, I'm 35. I got fat after having my 2 kids 5 years ago.

From this news today I want to start exercise and dieting again and are considering taking HGH with a doctors consultation to help my metabolism along.

I have already been told I need an oxygen pump for sleep at night to pressurise my throat and keep it open while I sleep. My doctors says this will help weight loss as my body can't loss weight while I sleep as I am not hitting stage 3 and 4 sleep currently and are waking up over 15 times every over.

How much does stuff like HGH courses cost and what places are reputable in Melbourne for it?
Is HGH the right thing to use in conjunction to try and lose weight quick? I've been told if I don't start losing drastic weight in the coming months they'll cut the fat from my throat.

I'd rather try and achieve the weight loss naturally and be more healthy and /fit/ for my kids.

Would genuinely appreciate good advice.

You know, I actually admire Rich Piano. Even though he looks awful and pumps himself with synthol and shit, he is at least up front with the fact that his goal is to become huge and he takes various steroids and injects synthol into his muscles to get there.

More honest than a lot of faggot fake natty's who just want to sell you things by lying. The piano man doesn't shy away from sponsorships/marketing/selling you his products, but he doesn't make any claims that you'll be massive without taking old fashioned 'roids.

When I look in the mirror I still see my fat fuck old self. When I put on my jeans I know I have done good so far (still have a long way to go) going from a size 46 jean to a 32 or 34 depending on brand, but still just that lingering "YOU USED TO BE FAT BRO" part of my brain reminds me everyday. Why would anyone stop you? Bulking powder is a perfectly reasonable supplement to take if you have the money, it's literally just protein powder with some more calories in it, which can be really useful for if you don't have the time to prepare more food. God speed and good trips anon.

I was think of doing something like the warrior diet. I plan on eating a meal at 6 pm, then do my exercises and shit shortly after, then have my second meal at 10 pm, then fast for 20 hours.

Hello, I have done IF for 1 week and have lost about 2 lbs, which not seem like much but I only want to loose 10 lbs so for me it was great. The second day was the only time I was cranky. I honestly think it does the same for me as my normal diet however I fell off the wagon hard, I binge ate shit food for months. The cravings were so bad, i couldn't snap out of it. What IF did for me was stop those cravings and made me realize exactly how much I was over eating.

I cant get the deadlift down fit. No matter how I try it I feel it in my lower back and never in the hams, glutes, and upper back. What can I do? ive watched so many clips on youtube, Mark Rippletits, Elliot, Scott Herman. I cant do it. Help me fit. Youre my only hope

Learn to hip hinge and learn how to activate your lats in the deadlift. Practice RDL for a while, then practice some paused deads, then work up to real deads.

Hi /fit/
i was doing deadlift today, max effort as usual and on my 6 rep, i felt something "pop" in my head...(right side of the brain, kinda felt like i burst some blood vessel or something in my brain??)

I felt a bit dizzy and a slight headache...they went away only after a minute tho.

Is this shit normal? should I be concerned? I don't want to end up being a potato

Man on days where I don't have to wear a suit/lab coat to school, I wear my workout clothes because there is no dress code and I'm going to the gym right after class/lunch anyway so I don't give a shit it makes more sense and it's more comfortable. I wear a lot of scrubs too. Sometimes if they're clean I'll even lift in them.
