I've been struggling with phenibut addiction for some time now. I started taking it a couple years ago recreationally at 2g doses when I went out with friends. It was a lot of fun and helped me open up around others. I slowly started taking more throughout the week disregarding the 'horror stories' I had read because I never felt much of a hangover or any withdrawal when I stopped. I wish I hadn't been so stupid.
I since then have been taking it almost every day for a couple years. I quit a couple times when I ran out and the withdrawal has been getting progressively worse. At the height of my addiction I wasn't really measuring doses but roughly took about 12 or more grams. I would nod out while working and luckily never had any accidents.
For a while I thought I had it under control, only taking 2g a day, but again I started taking more and I'm at 6g/day and really wanna get off it. I'm currently going to school and don't want to quit cold turkey because I still need to get things done and need sleep. That is probably my biggest issue. Could anybody give me some tips on quitting?

I'm in the same boat, started 2 years ago. 20g a day at my peak, I made a slow taper in excell for myself and I'm down to 5g a day now. Going to continue my taper slowly and get off this. I've been prescribed gabapentin before and it's supposed to be great for the withdrawals so I'll have a doctor write me a new scrip when I'm ready. At this point it does nothing for me, don't get high because of my massive doses before i can't wait till my taper is done.

Hey /fit/

I have done ICF for the past 5 months and I feel like I have hit a plateau.

Current lifts (1RM)
OHP : 60kgs
Bench : 70kgs
Squats : 100kgs
Deadlift : 160kgs

What routine do I switch to at this point to still make steady progression? My end goal is aesthetics with a strong core.

Pic related is me 2 months into the program (6" 3 pajeet lanklet here)

Also, routine switch general I guess.

What parts of your body do you shave /fit/? How do you do it?

I'm wondering what's the best way to shave my pubic region. A friend of mine shaves his armpits because he says it reduces to BO smell but that seems a bit weird.

I started shaving my pits its the most free I've ever felt (except occasionally a little self-concious in situations where others can see). Still feels/smellsgreatman

and I occasionally use a beard-trimmer on my pubes/shave the nuts/ ass crack.

Best advice for shaving your genits that I've learned is to get in the shower with like half a chub going, and just use regular ass bar soap and you'll still be able to pull the skin straight to shave it, but the semi you have will help with some spots. I pretty much shave shaft, balls and the upper part of my thighs that come in contact with the stuff so it doesn't get irritated

And every so often an interview of someone over 100 years is out where that person is asked whats the secret to a long life, the cunt sais something along the lines of cigarettes and a glass of wiskey a day. My dads been smoking for 40yrs now, plays football on the weekends still and goes for walks everyday, if someone else smoked like he does they'd be on a respirator by now. Eat well, exercise regularly. Yeah you might die in a car accident while a fat neet lives to 70 but it's not about quantity it's about quality. Your 40yrs on this earth spent healthy and able are better than 70 being disgusted every time you look into a mirror and wearing shirts at the beach.

I've noticed that whenever I start an extreme fitness program, about a month in my nights become littered with constant nightmares and sleep paralysis. Am I working too hard? do I need to change my diet? is this effecting or has this effected anyone else?
