Started 250+lbs

Is there any way I can lose the excess skin?
I did not plan to lose so much weight so quickly and anything I read pretty much don't get it in the first place.

This losing weight too quickly meme again. Ugh.

There's really nothing to suggest losing weight quickly vs. slowly results in more loose skin. If anything, I'd say the less time time you stay a fat fuck, the less chance your skin gets permanently stretched.

Imagine stretching out a small shirt by putting it on an extra large mannequin for a few seconds and then taking it off as quickly as possible. Now imagine keeping it on overnight instead. Which scenario stretches it out more?

It's a very imperfect analogy but you get the point, my nig.

We all know that supplements are just that, supplements (thanks scooby), but lets just imagine that you, from now on, can just live on shakes, or beverages made by yourself. You have to make one single shake that will get replenished every time you finish it, up to six times a day.

You can choose:
>A liquid base to make your shake
>Maximum 3 supplements you could find in an irl sports nutrition store like myprotein or shit like that.
>1 "real" whole food, be it /fit/ approved or not, things like eggs, some fruit, semen, canned tuna, vegan semen.

You can optionally have one of all the ingredients chosen on its own, not blended with the rest, but then you're restricted to eating it just once a day.

How long would you think you would be able to live? Would you make it? Would you end up an hero?

Why do I look so DYEL even tho I bench 97.5 kg for 5x5(last workout) and OHP 57.5kg for 5x5.
Really want a place to kinda vent. I look nearly the same as I started lifting. People dont even notice because they dont see me with my shirt off. Really losing all my motivation to keep going. I started wtih a fucking bar and now I can bench nearly 100kg for reps and I look better by a small margin. Really thinking of dropping off this ride. I miss eating like shit and soda.

Did you know there's a max amount of protein metabolized per meal and that this tops off at 20-30g? It depends on level of fitness though. Some pictures here list meals with heaps of protein.

Hi fit

I'm having some trouble. Last night I had a pulsing sensation between my eyes. I woke up this morning and my right side felt heavy and hard to move. Over the course of the day it's gotten a little bit worse and I have a bit of a headache now. My right eye also became a little blurry. My muscles feel stiff on my right side but I still have sensory feeling. Should I go to an urgent care clinic?

How do you reach your protein cap everyday without using protein shakes?
They are pretty expensive here and I like more the natural way

I started dieting 3 weeks ago and I have problems getting to the cap, somedays I overpass others I don't even reach 100g

Also as a newfag I'm not very strict on carbs or lipids % (I'm bulking 142lbs want to go 155) but I know the protein cap(142g~as that rule of thumb) need to be filled everyday to make progress, ain't it right?
