>put them in the oven along with olive oil and some other spices you want (salvia is good, maybe some salt or pepper)
>~200 celsius for around an hour
>take that shit out, mash it A LOT
>if it isn't mashable then put it back in the oven
>throw it in a straight surface, mix with the oats or flour and model it
>make it like a pizza or something
>put it in the oven again so it gets crunchy for about 10-15 minutes

I work out at home most of the time. Make sure you get a power rack and weight bench with those "spotter" bars. Don't want to snap city home alone.

I got a power rack, weight bench, utility bench, 3 barbells, a curling barbell, a couple adjustable dumbbells (Bowflex top kek), and about 600lb in plates. I also got a Recumbent Cycle Rowing Machine 2 in 1 machine, but hardly use it.

That's really all you need for most lifts. If you want to handle more, you can get a cable/lat pulldown machine. Get a power rack that you can do pull ups on. Those things you hang on door frames are shit. A dip bar is also cheap and good for chest/tricep workouts.

My routine

Strength = 3 sets of 5 reps
Size = 3 sets of 10 reps
Endurance = 3 sets of 15 reps
* = 1 set

I saw Elliott Hulse at a grocery store in St. Petersburg, FL yesterday. I told him how cool it was to meet him in person, but I didn’t want to be a douche and bother him and ask him for photos or anything.

He said, “Oh, like you’re doing now?”

I was taken aback, and all I could say was “Huh?” but he kept cutting me off and going “huh? huh? huh?” and closing his hand shut in front of my face. I walked away and continued with my shopping, and I heard him chuckle as I walked off. When I came to pay for my stuff up front I saw him trying to walk out the doors with like fifteen Milky Ways in his hands without paying.

The girl at the counter was very nice about it and professional, and was like “Sir, you need to pay for those first.” At first he kept pretending to be tired and not hear her, but eventually turned back around and brought them to the counter.

When she took one of the bars and started scanning it multiple times, he stopped her and told her to scan them each individually “to prevent any electrical infetterence,” and then turned around and winked at me. I don’t even think that’s a word. After she scanned each bar and put them in a bag and started to say the price, he kept interrupting her by yawning really loudly, saying he was releasing his bioenergy.

What shoes do you guys recommend for weightlifting ? (Squats, DLs etc).

Does it matter that much ?

Pictured L-R are some shitty plimsoles, Vans, Trainrender running shoes and Janoskis, which would be the best shoe to use ?

Any recommendations for a better shoe to wear ?

The crossfit 2.0 because they are light flat base good stability for all lifts they have room for the toes and they are good for agility work too. Not recommended for long running tho. But they are good for squats, I prefer to deadlift without shoes but you can deadlift with them if you want there's no drawback
