Is your intensity super low?
Squatting 3x/week keeps me from getting sore (except very rarely), but I let school responsibilities get out of control and slipped up the last couple weeks

i deal with any soreness i get, i dont know what to tell you senpai. i lift for strength and i dont do splits.

I meant in terms of recovery
you can't squat and deadlift heavy every day, your body can't effectively recover in that time
That's why most intermediate/beginner programs that have you working at a high intensity also have you take several rest days per week
what does your routine look like?
