What the hell is wrong with me /fit/?

>Abdomen feels tight, uncomfortable
>Inconsistent tenderness around the belly button
>Discomfort around the base of genitals
>Symptoms have been occurring for about a week and haven't gone away
>Worst is when I'm sitting in a seat, or driving
>Discomfort seems to recede when I'm active, or right when I wake up in the morning

Anyone have any experience with this sort of shit?

is cutting while doing SS a good idea?

I've read that you can build muscle and lose fat if you're only a beginner, which I am.

I'm 5'10'', 145 lbs, most of my fat is centered around my thighs, waist, and ass. Thought about cutting at 2100kcal with a low carb diet.

Depends if you're okay with doing high rep (8-12) hypertrophy work with babby weights.
General consensus is to go SS for 6mo - 1 yr (along with accessories if you want) and get down the basics + gain strength.
Nothing wrong with starting on a split though.
You can cut while doing strength work and make noob gains yes. But you'll hit a plateu eventually and have to eat above TDEE to keep progressing.
145 at 5'10" doesn't sound too fat though, unless you have absolutely no muscle.

I recently went to a dermatologist due to my hair falling out like crazy for the past 2 or 3 months. He recommended 1 capsule of minoxidil a day, and my problems would be over. However, I've seen some stuff on the interwebs saying it can fuck your heart up. What is your experience with this drug and did you have any problem?

How long should I be in the gym lifting? When I used actual weights w/ my friend my lifts would be go for around a hour. Now I can only use machines and lift on my own so it takes maybe 20 minutes. I'm doing the same lifts just on machines, will this negatively affect me?

if it's only taking you 20 minutes to do machine lifting, you may either not be taking long enough rest periods in between sets. It's also possible that you're lifting too light.

I recently returned to training MMA 3 days a week Mon/Wed/Fri.

What kind of basic compound routine could I do just to build just strength 2 days a week? I know that inevitably, size gains will come as a side effect of strength gains, but I want to focus as much as possible on pure strength.

Explosive lifts for grapple and throws and general power.

Any pulling motion to move your opponent where you want them HELPS (technique is king though)

Bench just because I've seen dudes who can bench ~300 basically throw dudes off of them on the ground.

Explosive movements and compound exercises m are what you need. Wouldn't focus on getting jacked as you have to make different weight classes. Ultimately focus mostly on your skill work or else you're gonna fuck up and get smacked down like Aldo's bitch ass did.
