why are oats such a gimmick on this board?

First off, almost all of murica has shitty, flappy, vomit inducing bread. It basically has no nutrition at all. So telling burgers to eat oats is already better than that. Oats have more protein content than bread, especially Leucine. They are rich in fiber. They have a shit load of vitamins.

If you live in a country that actually has good bread, you might something that's as close as good as oats are. Most bakeries here in Krautfagland don't give a lot of information about the nutritional value of the bread you buy though, so good luck, faget.

Trying to think of a routine for the wife, in order for her to reach the dat ass level:

A
3x5 low bar back squat
3x8 overhead press
3x6 romanian deadlift
3x10 lat pulldown

B
3x5 low bar back squat
3x8 dumbbell row
3x6 barbell hip thrust
3x10 dumbbell bench press

Cardio, stretching, and planks on rest days
Adequate proteins, low cals to burn fat, sleep.

What do you guys think?

how good are electric shavers in comparison to regular razors?
I get aggravated skin and pipes from regular blades, also a pack of razes cost me 7-9$ so i just want to go and get a electric one.

I use a double edged razor with a badger hair brush. Best shave I've ever had and razor blades are like $20 for 100 (each one last about a week)

My dad spent 20 years in special operations, 5 years in 75th ranger, then 5th SFG.

He didn't "train up"
One day he just said fuck it and tried out, and made it.
If you feel you need to train, that means you don't feel you are capable in your current state, meaning you feel inadequate, meaning your chance of making it is slim.

Special operations selections are 90% mental strength and will power.

My dad was 5'9 150lb skinnyfat manlet at the time. .. still is. He retired with 9 deployments, and he killed his man at the age of 26, reportedly.

I've been bulking for like 5 months, lifting seriously for the same (fucked around prior), but now I feel like it's time to cut. I really dislike having this extra fat on me. Do I continue the bulk or is it finally time to cut?

5RMs:
Squat: 235lbs
Bench: 150lbs
OHP: 115lbs
Row: 155lbs
Deadlift: 295lbs
I also really feel like the fat is just masking what muscle I do have...

Also, you can't see my legs, but they're pretty disproportionately big. My routine is SS, with curls and tricep extensions added at the end.
