Christmas is nearly here and after that it's time to cut.
I have had a bad year and put on 10 kgs of weight. At least I went to the gym meanwhile and got some gains.

Haven't decided yet, I think I'll start with 1800 kcals. Sedentary lifestyle besides gym.

Chicken (recently grew to love them after learning how to cook)
Broccoli (delicious when cooked in oven)
Oats (cheap, good fiber, tasty)

I have to figure out what to eat with oats.

I need to know what the impacts on my health is working 15 hour shifts daily for 6 days a week on the road.

Basically I'm in a issue of being forced to work these shifts with no choice.

I fell asleep on the motorway doing 85 Mph nearly totaled the car.

apart from this what can be the long term health impacts of being worked like this???

Not sure if this fits to /fit/ but is there a way to get a deeper voice? I'm almost 2m tall but my voice is weak and tiny. Sometimes for example after I woke up or I woke up after drinking alcohol my voice sounds really deep.. how can I keep that?

How does /fit/ handle depression and how has if effected your gains?
I was in the best shape of my life, I only gained about 10-14lbs this semester but god damn that had made all the difference. I just became depressed and started eating my feelings. I ate the shittest food, got acne, didn't work out anymore (that always helped with my anger), basically became a fucking slob.

check out my gains in just 6 days, bros. I started working out again about 6 days ago, and have been sick for the past 3 days so i can't work out.. so this is the result of just 3 days of working out, lol.
