My dorm has a gym but I'm too scared to go, can you guys recommend a routine for someone who has never worked out a day in his life? I want to get better, I really do, I just need a starting point.

Why do women (and fat women in particular) spend so much time, money, and effort

Because it hardly matters. They get their hair and makeup done because they like having their hair and makeup done, and they don't have to sacrifice their quality of life for it. It's for them, not the men.

Why? Because men will fuck anything. ANY woman, no matter how fat, ugly, or crippled, will have tons of men gladly lining up to have sex with her. Most would even pay or make a fool of themselves for a chance at sex with a 5/10. There's no incentive for her to lose weight. At least hair and makeup is nice for her, but losing weight isn't nice for her, and men "not perceiving her as attractive" is irrelevant because they'll still fuck and date her.

Casual reminder that if you fuck fatties (and aren't into them of course) and take them on dates out of desperation, you're part of the problem. You're teaching women that it's ok that they do this shit and they'll still be desirable. Every time you see a fatty SJW bragging on tumblr about how they get laid left, right, and center despite their weight, you gotta know that it's because some dude(s) made them feel wanted.

I have worked my ass off for the last three weeks to increase my bench press. I was told my routine was "a fuck around routine", and I quote "you will go no where". Let me tell you my bench was 170 at 1rm and it is now 195 at 1rm and will continue to two plates and beyond. You need to work hard if you want to achieve your goals and don't let anyone tell you you can't. Fuck all of you who said I would fail.

My state just gave me $500 for the month of March in foodstamps.

I hardly ate $75 worth of food in a month back when I was working.

I am literally dumbfounded and have no fucking idea what to buy with this. Do I eat steak every night? Crab legs? Lobsters?

And to all you faggot who hate that I can get foodstamps or that I'm getting so much, I agree with you. I would much rather something like $100-125 in food money and some actual real money that I can pay bills with, but you can't get that unless you have a dependent (I don't.)

Any /fit/izens in the Army? I recently decided to enlist but I wanna get in shape and eat healthier first so I won't completely be depleted when we go through all the training.

I plan on doing reserves/national guard.

and what makes you think usmc reserves are anything special? they meet up once a month like every other reserve.

anyway I was in the marines and can say that simply enlisting alone wont get you in shape, it will get you skinnyfat or skele with decent cardio and conditioning.

and for the army you literally dont need to do anything, im not kidding dont sweat it you wont be challenged at all, do 100 push ups a day since thats the armys form of punishment you want to get your push ups good, also run 2 miles a week and you will probably even be in the top of you class :^)

also you should avoid wearing your uniform out in public, its cringe inducing, unfashionable, and considering the SJW liberal ISIS supporting state the countries in you might even become a target if they know you're enlisted.

Meh the army is mostly drills and cardio. If you think you're working out for your country you're dead wrong. It's good if you want to learn to survive in the wild and to run a lot and it can be really fun if that's what you're into but otherwise don't think you can be a bro and just workout, eat and sleep because the state pays for everything. In the bootcamp you're gonna work 18 hours a day, get almost no sleep ever, eat 3 meals a day all you can eat but with almost no time to eat, and the workout looks more like crossfit than anything else. You're gonna lose gains more than anything else. After bootcamp the work isn't that bad but you're still not gonna have the bro lifestyle and you're still not gonna sleep that much.

There are also high risks of injury because of the lack of proper nutrition and rest so watch out for that.

Been stuck on bench press for the past two months My other lifts have began to stagnate as well. Should i switch to a new routine? Started with SL for about 2 months and then i switch to Candito's Linear str/hyp program which im still doing now. Been lifiting on/off for about 9 months. Although since the new year began I have not skipped a day.
I'm 5"6 @143 pounds(inb4 manlet)
My current stats are( in pounds)
BP:3x5 @135
The Press: 1x6 @ 95
Squat: 3x5 @160
DL: 1x5 @235
Dips,chin ups, pull ups:3x8(each)
Any advice/tips?
