Currently cutting, and I'm eating a lot of stewing beef because it's both lean and cheap. Thing is it tastes like garbage, so I usually just salt the shit out of it until palatable. What, besides water retention, will come of this?

High blood pressure is POSSIBLE if you or your family is prone to it.
I eat a ton of salt myself and my blood pressure is under 120 always. Not worried about my salt intake.
People will say blah blah stress of kidney etc. but that's probably not applicable to the amount you're consuming even if it's a lot.

How did baldness ever become so widespread in the genepool?
Clearly it does not give you any sort of survival advantage. In fact most would agree it actualy decreases your chances of finding a suitable mate. I'm trying to wrap my head around it but I can't come up with a good reason why it's so widespread (something like 40% of all men will experience some form of hair loss in their lifetime).

I keep having a pinching aching pain in this point of my back, did i fuck my shit up or is the muscle just tight? How do i heal this?
also to be clear the pain is in the spot with the X not the red areas on the shoulder. It always hurts when i hold something for a long time like a handrail while im on the train/bus, or when i wear my book bag.

How do you guys feel about shrugs in the squat rack?
At my university gym we have 6 squat racks, and I was waiting for one of them to open up. I had a guy come up to me and ask if I was waiting on a squat rack and if he could work in with me. I told him I was gunna be doing shrugs and then he told me that was a big nono in the lifting community. Just curious what yall think.
Where else in the gym can I load 5pl8 on a bar and have it at mid-thigh height ready for me to pull up and shrug? I am open to suggestions. I also don't want to have to move 10 plates across the gym to some corner when the squat racks already have the plates right there.
