Clean bulk. Is there such a thing? U am having trouble eating 3000 calories. I get full at 2200 calories. Eating mostly green vegetables like kale, lettuce, broccoli lean meats like turkey breast, sardines, chicken breast, Olive oil and so on. What are some healthy foods that I can consume to increase my calorie intake? Won't eat dairy, gluten, processed foods, oats.

Simply not true. Better source of potassium than a banana, fantastic source of Vitamin C(arguably better than an orange) a good source of fiber and tasty as fuck.

Depends on the situation. I have contacts as an alternative, but if you get the right glasses they can make you look refined.

Looking fit and refined at the same time can really help on like a dinner date or something.

Who else here genuinely enjoys lifting?

I get that guilty feeling when I'm lifting and need to do other important things.

4 years into it and I still get excited to lift every single time.
