I'm an actor, and I'm at the end of this winter's (dirty) bulk. I have a role coming up that requires shirtlessness. I'm between 15 and 20% body fat right now. What can I do in the next 10 weeks to lose as much fat as possible? I don't mind losing muscle, the character is in poverty and wouldn't be built or anything.

My current plan is 1500-2000 calories a day (at 6'5" 210 lb, I burn around 2500-3000 a day), six days a week of cardio, weightlifting and 200g protein intake a day to maintain as much muscle as possible. Is this a good plan? Am I forgetting anything?

So from Sunday to Saturday last week I fell down the abyss of indulgence. We're talking about probably a 2000-2500 calorie surplus per day. Packed on the calories with mostly cake, cookies, ice cream and sugary cereal.
