So I started to get into fitness and want a good protein supplement that isn't shit. I don't get much food protein. What does \fit\ think of this guys products? Anything better?

>was 190lbs three weeks ago
>now 198lbs now, and last week I started adding my 5th meal
>currently eating 5 big meals a day
>maybe adding a 6th meal next week
>lifts are good, haven't tried a pr, but hopefully soon

Would it be dumb to try to back squat without anyone to give me pointers having never done it before? All I have is YouTube.

If you've never done any squat with anyone maybe. I feel like deadlifts are harder to learn.

I try to keep in mind this: push up from the heels, keep your back straight the whole time.

One last thing, first try the bar with 0 weight added. If you find it too easy then it means to add on at least 2 plates of the 25kg's

IF just works. Against all expectations, I get better cuts with 23 hour fasting and cramming my food in a one hour period. Noticeably better, better on record.

As long as you aren't hitting things more than twice weekly it's probably fine I guess

I don't think there is anything bad about it, if it helps you stay lean and make gains who cares. There isn't anything special about it either.

Also, Kinobody just ripped off Martin Berkhan's whole protocol. IF, RPT, etc. Although Berkhan didn't exactly invent IF or RPT.

I am a scrawny guy (176 cm, 60 kg), and have been working out for 4 months now, still no noticeable gains. I work out 3 times per week, and do:

20 diamond push-ups

10 pullups

20 normal push-ups

30 push-throughs

20 tricep dips

30 crunches

50 squats

I think it might be because of my diet, since i only eat some yogurt, chicken soup and apples for lunch, however I am not entirely sure. Do you have any suggestions to up my gains?
