What should I eat for breakfast? I need to improve my breakfast game, I feel tired and hungry in the morning. I used to eat cereal and milk which was fine but lately I wanted to get off dairy. This morning I had a banana, an apple, and a large sandwich with ham and whole wheat bread. On some days I eat eggs with leftover white rice, that breakfast rules but I don't always have white rice or time to prepare it in the morning.

What do you suggest?

what does /fit/ eat on breakfast while on a cut? this is the hardest meal for me. either I overestimate my portion sizes or I get hungry too quickly which is hard for me (since I have to leave for work soon after)

if you get hungry eat something high in protein and fat (cheese, sausage) and some whole-grain bread. i eat 100g of both of those things and thats like 500 kcal

My every day breakfast while on a cut is:
2 oz of either chicken or tuna (50 cals either)
1 slice of 25 whole grain bread (60 cals/slice)
1 cup of unsweetened silk soy milk (80 cals)

and that's it, then sort of the same thing but double on lunch and back to same portions for dinner. and in between healthy fruits or vegies.

I try to have food in my stomach all the time, that way I prevent myself from feeling hunger and eating more times a day boost your metabolism.
I'm not telling you you do the same, but it worked for me and most people who've tried it.

I've started doing a made up P/P/L routine for linear progression like this

P: Barbell Row 5x5, Chinuos 5x5
P: Bench 5x5, OHP 5X5
L: Squat 5x5, DL 5x5

I also swim a kilometre or so freestyle every second day if I have the time.

Does anybody think this is sustainable?

Side question, my shoulders don't line up with my traps, what's that all about?

I was leg pressing 160kg (not that might but I've worked up from 80 in 2 months so I'm happy). I've done it before so if figured it'd be sweet as but legs were more exhausted than I thought.

I failed and and had to yell for two big guys to pull it off

How should I kill myself /fit/

As it turns out, I probably have a Type 3 or Type 4 food allergy (Meaning: Symptoms appear several hours after I eat - migraines, extreme bloating, joint pain, etc). The problem is that there are no tests for this (prick test is only used for type 1 allergies, meaning "If I smell peanuts, I fall over dead"). Trying to eat differently is also hard to do because there is so much time between eating and symptoms.

So, what are my choices? Do I really need to go the snakeoil way (applied Kinesionolgy muscle testing etc)?

You can get those looked at via antibody blood tests. If you are reacting to foods like that though it may well be you have some gut issue allowing undue transferral from your tract into your blood, like crohns or celiac inflammation.

Or maybe you are eating a poor diet or taking steroids thinning the epithelium.

I would get tested for faecal calprotectin levels to see if thats the case, seen as thats fixable.

There's not really a single scientific study that shows which diet is exactly the best one. The problem is that there are too many degrees of freedom and people are too different from each other, so you need extremely high statistics. The best you can get are maybe studies that examine small aspects of diets. Anyway, it's a good idea to do the following every day:

About [body weight in kg] grams of protein. More is okay.
About [body weight in kg] grams of fat.
2:1 saturated : unsaturated fats. Fats from various sources (i.e. nuts, fish, olive oil etc)
Eat lots of vegetables (in particular carrots, broccoli, beans, sweer potatoes, tomatoes, paprica, spinach, mushrooms), some fruits (bananas and oranges are great).
Avoid everything that contains refined sugar. 99.5% chance that it's worthless, empty shit food.

I have moderate to severe Eczema covering my entire body like pic related. Whenever I sweat heavily for whatever reason like say after a workout I end up breaking out into itchy hives where the sweat pools like around my neck, shoulders, forehead, etc. I have some medication I can take but it just knocks me out or turns me into a zombie. Usually the only way I control the itching and keep myself from clawing my skin open and bloody is jumping into a hot shower which actually has the negative effect of drying my skin out.

Are there any tips on how I can control my sweating during exercise? I was doing well with a daily routine for a while but the hassle of always having to deal with a major itching attack afterwards caused me to give up for the time being.

Alright I need help in this monumental point in my life where I will dedicate myself to either vanilla ice cream or french vanilla creme for 5 pounds of protein powder.I heard vanilla ice cream tasted like shit like 8 years ago so they made a new formula. I hear its good now, but quite sweet.

People say the french vanilla creme is milder and less sweet, but I've never had the opportunity to try either Vanilla ice cream or french vanilla.

Im currently siding towards french vanilla creme because I will want to mix it into other drinks + it has better macros ---> 110 calories 24g protonz vs vanilla ice cream ---> 120 calories, 24g protonz.

If you've tried both before, tell me which you prefer. Inb4 go for extreme milk chocolate... I already have that and I enjoy it but I need a vanilla flavor
