Not OP, but I'm also trying to lose weight. My calculations thing said I should take 1800 counting the -500 deficit

I was regularly eating 1000-1300, without really starving. Just started eating a ton of greens and chicken breast with marinara and cheese and skipped breakfast.

Is this the wrong way to do it?

I'm 1,82/93kg whatever that is in usa metrics.

All memes aside how tall do you have to be and how much do you have to weigh to be considered a big guy? I'm 5'11 and weigh 185 lbs at 8-10% bodyfat (I measured a while ago at 9.6% and I've gotten a bit leaner since then). How much do I have to weight to be considered a big guy at my height and current bodyfat? Are you a big guy, if so how tall are you and how much do you weigh, also what's your bodyfat %?
