Hey /fit/!
I'm looking to do a beginner cycle and I was wondering if this would work for me. 6' 5" 23 years old.

Here is the cycle:
Weeks 1-10:
*500mg testosterone per week (enanthate, injected 2x a week)
*1 quarter tablet of Arimidex every other day (0.25mg)
*half a tablet of nolvadex every other day (10mg)

Week 11:
*300mg testosterone per week (enanthate, injected 2x a week)
*1 quarter tablet of Arimidex every other day (0.25mg)
*half a tablet of nolvadex every other day (10mg)

Week 12:
*200mg testosterone per week (enanthate, injected 2x a week)
*1 quarter tablet of Arimidex every other day (0.25mg)
*1 tablet of nolvadex every day (20mg)

Week 13:
*0.25mg of Arimidex every other day
*20mg of nolvadex every day

Week 14:
*1 quarter tablet of Arimidex every 3rd day (0.25mg)
*20mg of nolvadex every day

Would I be taking too much nolva/adex this way? Should I change anything in this cycle? Any comments are greatly appreciated. Pic related, it's me.

Ok why are you gradually lowering your dose? There's no reason to do that at all. Second drop the AI and nolva all together the nolva is pointless until your pct and the AI is going to inhibit your gains. Only take a dose if you start getting symptoms like sensitive nipples. Also two times a week is good but your first cycle is going to be incredible take advantage of it. Do 250mg Mon Wed Fri. And I take it you wanna bulk so seriously get some dbol or anadrol and run it 6 to 8 weeks I recommend 8. One last thing this is where a lot of people mess up you better be getting 300g of protein a day at least. protein is way more important when you're on gear

Are teeth supposed to be really white?

I have one of my wisdoom teeth lying here and even though it was still in my gum before it got extracted, its far from being bright white.

Why do i see so many pictures of people with bright white teeth, are they all bleeched or do i just have shit teeth genetics?

I get a bleaching once every 2 year for a hollywood smile but even without a bleaching my teeth are whiter then 99% of everyone else.

Also you have to TRAIN on your bike.
I know so many people that say they cycle 2 hours here, 2 hours there but wonder why the don`t lose fat or get nice leg muscles.
It`s because they ride their bike like grandpas.
Cycling should be as hard as your other workouts or else it`s...well...just fun. Wich is okay but you can`t expect to benefit from that to much

To all current and former fat bros who have lost weight, where is the first place you notice(d) your fat loss?

I would say for me it was in my face and thighs. The first thing I noticed was that I had cheekbones and my thighs weren't scraping together anymore.

soo i might have fucked up /fit/

i have been doing 1200 cals a day with 1 day in the week 3-4k cals for 6 weeks now.

the past week though i didnt have time for the refeed meal to keep me out of starvation mode and kinda forgot. i have been eating an average of 1100 cals the past 9 days and yesterday i didnt even feel hungry and it was kind of hard to fall asleep.

is it to late for a refeed meal now? and should i start eating maintenance. or do i just continue cutting without refeeds for another few weeks until i reach 10% BF

it works really well to make sure my metabolism doesnt slow down, at the same time you need to realize i eat like 1100 cals a day (1000-1300 below TDEE)

I recommend not to choose for the treatment where he bleaches your teeth immediatly on spot, but the treatment where you have to sleep for weeks with a mouth piece where you put bleaching gel in. i've done it for 4 weeks and it really pays off

What's your starting point?

If skinny with medium to low bodyfat then 3 months

If skinny fat then 4-5 months.

If very overweight or obese idk however long it takes to cut your body fat down and get surgery for stretch marks plus do some exercise.

You can get his build by doing pushups, chinups, curls, and some ab work daily. Maybe some bench press.
