Anyone here /swim/? Doctor's instructions, no exercise of any kind except for swimming. Any advice on a swimming program?
It depends, do you know how to actually swim laps?
I go swimming 3 to 4 times a week.
I swam competitively several years ago.
The best advice i can give you is to master technique and breathing before focussing on time or amount of laps.
I'm sure you can find some steady programs online, but this is essential.
You're better off doing breaststroke correctly than trying to swim with some fucked up crawl technique.

I've had some trouble sleeping lately and as a result I did some googling for some supplements that may help. I read some reviews and landed on what I wanted to buy, did a google search, and got a site from the UK.
I put the supplement in my checkout list, and the usual "other users also bought X" popped up. I clicked on it and thought it was just a regular test booster, thought nothing more of it. placed my order and went to bed.
I woke up and decided to just read a little about what I had ordered, and saw that I had overlooked an important part, it was a fucking prohormone. I had no idea that shit was legal in the UK, no god darn idea.
So now, if they don't see the email I sent them and send my shipment off it will 100% be stopped in customs and I'll be fucked. I live in Scandinavia and I'm pretty sure all supplement shipments are inspected.
What the fuck do I do now? I don't even want to use the fucking shit I ordered, I'm a natty. What sort of punishment will I most likely receive? Should I just call the post office and inform them about what I accidentally ordered?
CouldI just say that I didn't order it and get away with it?

I have had a home gym in my garage been building up for about a decade
would probably never consider getting a gym membership: even though Ive been to them before. Notably when I was a student I was given a first year subscription, and used it extensively for the duration.

5/3/1 BBB + Joker sets when I'm really fucking feeling great (which is most of the time)
5/3/1 triumvirate when I am not feeling too good or lack time and just need to get in and out.
That 3rd AMRAP set followed by joker set after joker set is fucking A-M-A-Z-I-N-G for blasting through plateaus.
Overall 5/3/1 is good because the routine is not set in stone, you have so much choice in what you do, so you can go hard on days you feel like you're good, on shitty days you can hold back and take it easy. You never get that disappointed feeling on this routine that you would get on say 5x5, where if you miss a set or rep you feel fucking pissed off and feel like you've fucked up.
