What's your starting point?

If skinny with medium to low bodyfat then 3 months

If skinny fat then 4-5 months.

If very overweight or obese idk however long it takes to cut your body fat down and get surgery for stretch marks plus do some exercise.

You can get his build by doing pushups, chinups, curls, and some ab work daily. Maybe some bench press.

For the biceps it depends how tall you are/how long your arms are. Easier the shorter you are.

Btw I forgot the shoulders--add in some lateral dumbbell raises for the pop and alternate between pullups and chinups for rear delt development.

If you´re doing low volume like that, not really. If you do a lot of back/legs (huge muscle groups) then yeah you´re gonna need a lot of rest days. But basic body weight like that you can do everyday. Also a lot of cardio and low calorie count to get that lean.

That routine uses Squats and deadlifts so you need rest days. I would recommend following the sticky on /fit/ and just starting out with something very basic.

I'm still pretty skinny. I can note my abs when I touch my belly tho (which I couldn't do before) but they aren't noticeable to anyone else. Also I may have some triceps gains, but nothing much.

Yeah, Tyler didn´t have exactly much mass at all. Just lots and lots of cardio to get to that leanness. That´s the hardest part here if you´re chubby. If you´re completely skeleton skinny do bodyweight. You can do pushups/pullups/dips/etc every day.
