I feel like shit. I was just on the treadmill and some cute asian girl came to use the one next to mine. She was looking at me through the mirror and we made eye contact for a good 2 seconds and then she said hi. As she did so, I quickly looked away because I was afraid she would think I was staring and find me creepy. Then I hit 5 minutes and left the treadmill.

I'm a 25 year old virgin and I never made friends throughout all of university. I've had other girls explicitly interested in me but I fucked those up too because I'm such a social retard. This is how I sit when I drive, am I doing something wrong? My back hurts after driving for a few minutes, lower back and if I drive for an hour or so my knees both start hurting. Hey /fit/ I'm knock kneed and it makes me walk like retard. My friend says it literally looks like both legs are trying to walk in two different directions cause the lower part below my knees extends out to the sides.

I've been trying out ways to fix my hair and I've noticed that keeping my knees slightly bent, almost like dead weighting my upper body and letting the knees hold me up helps my gait look normal. Thing is though it's extremely difficult keeping the form through out the day and I end up overextending again after a while.

Do any of you know any exercises that helps keep the knee in a neutral bent position? Cause I'm not sure if the issue is either my quads or hams are too tight or if they're too loose. Seeing as how I feel a slight burn on my quads when I try to maintain the position I should focus on quad delopment right? Someone wiith more anatomy and physiology expertise please help, this shit is really killing my self-esteem. Ever since I've noticed it I just cant help feeling that everyone I pass laughs at it.

Sup sup, quick question here to /fit/.

I'm in the process of losing wieght/fat. At the end of 2015 I was 105 kgs(I had gone down form 110 kgs or more). Now it's the current year/date and I'm down to 88 kgs(I plan to go down to 80 kgs).

I'm just wondering, I haven't taking a break from the gym in at least a month(going every single day), It's just that I feel like I'll start losing progress if I don't hit the gym hard. And I do hit the gym hard as fuck, every other day I do at least 50 minutes of strength training and then after that I'll do 40 minutes of intense cardio, on the days between weight lifting days I do 60 minutes of intense cardio.

Now that actually actually starting to look semi good with my cloths of i feel that I've over done it in the gym. And I'm gonna take a resting day tomorrow(but I really don't want to or that I'm afraid of gaining fat on that rest day).

I'm also noticing that I'm starting to feel kinda down, borderline depressed. Which is ironic because I wanted to become fit so I'd stop being depressed, but I feel like this struggle to reach a healthy weight is gonna be real hard, and especially hard to maintain. I don't want to become a fat shack of shit again.

I think my depression might have something to do with training to much and constantly thinking about how much I want to get rid of the fat in my belly(what's left).

I really don't feel worthy as a human being until the vains on my biceps pop out while I'm at resting state and that my stomach is completely flat(abs).

Don't have the motivation to hit the gym.
