Dear diary...

In the last 12 months I stopped lifting and gained over 13kg and I saw the way women treat me change from night to day.

Female coworkers stopped smiling at me, they're actually angry at me for existing and now talk sarcasticly when they used to be always flirting and calling me cute.

Even the clients are pissed off at me. I don't owe them anything but it's like they're angry at me for not being in shape anymore. I work as a cashier and many of those women grew an habit of always, with no exception, going to my counter just to talk to me and flirt.

The problem is I'm an autist and all this attention ended up wearing me out so I started eating more to ease the "anxiety" and became a baloon.

Women are shit. Their sympathy towards you contigent on how you look, not who you are "on the inside". Lesson learned. I always go out of my way to be nice to people independently of how they look and now I see beforehand what happens when a handsome 6'1 guy gains 13kg because he suffers from crippling depression.... My fat and my weakness made women REPULSED by me.

Alright /fit/ I have a question for you. What is your stance on smoking (cigarettes).
About two months ago I turned my life around. I started eating completely healthy and working out, so I could get back to where I was in HS. So far i've lost about 28 lbs. Went from 315 to 277. All I drink is water and I also do cardio. My best mile time as of yet is 7.28 seconds. But the most unhealthy thing that I still do is smoke.
Should I stop smoking and break down and get a vape, or is it ok to have that one thing that I can still enjoy on a personal level? It takes me about two days to go through a pack, and I smoke American Spirit menthols.

General run thread

Why do I get out of breath quicker running outside than inside on the treadmill? Is it like this for everyone? I notice this much more when the air is cold outside, when its warm I dont notice it as much. I have asthma btw.

I've only got back into running over the last few weeks after a long absence. I have been lifting for about the past year. If I were to run three times a week, and lift weights for my upper body four times a week, will I still have a balanced physique? In other words can I just run as the workout for my legs and still build muscle, instead of squatting and doing the leg press etc?

What's /fit/'s opinion on Skippy Natural? Only 4 ingredients are Roasted Peanuts, Sugar, Palm oil, and salt.

I probably eat about a serving and a half a day when bulking. Will few grams of added sugar really matter? I enjoy the taste of this much more than other natural peanut butters

1. 10 mins treadmill, settings: gradient 2, 9km/hr
2. 10 mins treadmill, settings: gradient 15, 6km/hr
3. 10-20 reps on chest workout (20kg lol)
4. 40 reps on the thigh workout (25kg)
5. 5 reps on the shoulder workout (15kg)
6. 10 mins on the rowing machine (max settings)

What results should I be expecting and when should I be? How should I change this routine? I can go to the gym 2 hours a day, how should I exercise in regards to my body?

Do brosplits, 5-10 reps to failure on every set.

The only classes near me are Kung fu, karate or taekwondo. What is the most enjoyable and useful in a hostile situation?

Go to the YMCA/PCYC and do boxing.

How do I do dips without hurting myself, /fit/?

Every time I do a set it just doesn't feel right. I keep my shoulders back, arms down, chest out but still end up feeling sore around my shoulders and collarbone.
