How do you fuck up cooking unless you've walked away from it? If you really don't know how just go watch some cooking videos on YouTube or something and try to follow them. They should tell you exactly what you need to do including stove/oven time.

Whatever, I'd be at peace with myself just knowing that I am not fat, besides this is more desperation than autism. Like, Ive been going to the gym for a year, I've tried the non retarded methods. I got mad gains and can lift more than like 3/4 of /fit/ but that doesn't fucking mean anything because I look and feel like shit because I'm a terrible person who won't eat less.

I did SS as a beginner. Started from weak and skinnyfat and ended up relatively big and lifting:

Im no vegan, but I did play around on MyPlate and see if I could make something work. It wasnt as hard as people make it out to be. I was "eating" peanut butter and banana sandwiches, pancakes, vegan sausage, tofu kung pao, lentil and carrot "stew", hemp protein powder, nuts, berries, coconut milk. Shit it was up to like 3.5k calories. Protein is hard to get up but playing around there it was at like 190 grams. Would be expensive as fuck to buy all that shit I imagine though.

But half of these calories are nuts and peanut butter, and I just can't anymore guys. I can't.
It's 10AM where I live, and I haven't eaten jack shit.
