Why is height a thing people care about? I mean unless we're talking about extreme height differences with dwarfism where I can see a legitimate issue. Now, weight, that's something you chose and can change.
I'm 5'6 and I never gave it much thought, because I'm too shy to talk to women and always have been. That's the only time it would've come up. I didn't realize until recently, when I actually wanted to get my shit together and resolve my loneliness, that I did some lurking and learned women actually care about this. A lot! Unreasonably. More women than not. You can't just be the same height, or slightly taller, you gotta lead them by 6 inches.
And I don't understand it. Is there even an equivalent of that, that guys have for women?

I don't think there is an exact equivalent, but closest would be boob size. They share some of the same costs and benefits, but I don't think men have a minimum size they do not consider at all.

Yeah seeing a therapist weekly (anxiety and depression).
I'm not sure whether I'll ever be without all the shit going on in my head, or whether I even want to be. But just seeing my psychologist has helped me be more cerebral and think about what's going on in the world around me. Learnt some great thinking exercises and about myself so I'd definitely say it's worth it, make sure you stick with it!

So few months ago i sprained my back while i was training my wings.
Hurt like a bitch for a few days and couldn't do shit without others help.
Well that's what i get for a careless workout but it just didn't go away i tried resting, went to my local hospital the doctor told me to rest some more so i fucking skipped 1 month of my daily workout, the original pain is now fairy gone but now most of the time when i'm bending or when i suddenly stand up from a resting position my left hips hurts really bad it then travel through my leg to my calves, the pain is internal in the muscles and nerves(not sure)
I literally have to stand still for 10 secs to let that pain go and only move then.
Did anyone else had this experience? and is there anything i can do myself or i just have to go to a better doctor? I'm a poor 19y/o so help me with some suggestions.
