Jesus Christ I want to die so badly, but I promised my family I wouldn't commit suicide because it would destroy them emotionally. So now I'm stuck living, but the only things I have to make life magically more tolerable are alcohol and food. The soonest psychiatrist appointment I could get is in mid August. Is there anything I can take or do that's easily obtainable to make life tolerable?

Is Rich's meal plan confirmed GOAT?

They're like 6 bucks a meal, which my dumb ass is already paying more than whenever I don't hand cook my own meals. I'd do it just for the convenience (inb4 budget debate, some of us have the cash to blow wageslaves) and I sure as fuck would rather pay for this than spend the hour a day cooking 3-5 meals.

They're currently unavailable, but when they're back I plan to get on the Contest Prep one (they seem oddly similar if you compare the individual meals, I'm cutting but since my meals outside of this plan may include carbs I'm probably not looking for the Keto option) ASAP.

Anyone redpill me on these? Aside from price, this shit seems extremely solid.

My fucking gains fit. 8-10 weeks of not walking or working out. I'm in a WHEELCHAIR.
Nightmares. My legs may never be the same. All those years of hard work, gone. What do I do? How do I work the muscle and try to keep my gains as much as possible?

Will eating excess protein help? Maybe flexing the muscle so they don't atrophy as much?

Post picture of wheelchair. They have newer models that work your leg muscles while you sit in them, with contractor/relaxor fits. If they gave you one of those, I can identify it.

I think it's a mix of fat disposition from genetics and how much you actually work out your abs coupled with how low your BF is.
