Previous thread is falling into oblivion.

I had this very terrible stomach flu today and was up for 8 hours vomiting bile. Also had diarrhea. I feel a lot better now, but I haven't ate shit all day, only gatorade and crackers. Do you think I lost some gains?
Also I'm going away for vaycay for a week tomorrow. How bad will I lose my gains?

I used to eat 6 eggs with 2 pieces of toast in the morning with my protein shake.

Now eating 3/4 cup of oats cooked with whole milk topped with cut banana, kiwi, strawberries, and half a peach. That with the protein shake but now I put a raw egg in the shake. Tastes so good in the morning.

It's far more popular here in south Florida than it was back home in central Texas.

If I wanted to prove that Calories In / Calories Out was bullshit and that fat gain / loss was hormonal, what would I have to do it prove it to you?

I'm thinking about doing a week long bulk, I would video tape myself preparing, weighing, and eating every meal. My daily caloric intake would have to be high enough that I couldn't possibly burn it off through exercise. I believe you guys would be in so much denial about the results that I would even have to video tape myself after eating to prove I am not throwing up my meals. I would eat LCHF for the duration of the bulk.

I chose a week long duration because I don't want to spend quadruple on my food budget for the entire month and it shouldn't matter with CICO the duration, only the calories I intake. With that being said:


How many calories daily would I need to ingest?
What weight would you expect me to be at given the caloric intake for a week?
What ways do you think I would cheat the experiment that I could prove to you I am not through the video?
