Will fasting destroy my gains?
As far as I understand, it doesn't matter, as long as i eat enough proteins/calories during night, but I am a bit worried about how not drinking water during daylight will affect me.

No matter how much people say its fine, i feel like the deadlift feels, and looks like the most dangerous exercise there is. It feels unatural as fuck, it feels damaging to the lower back even with perfect form (and i'm only lifting 180kg 3x5 nothing near pick realted)

And before i get the "your form must be shit" its not, i've had a few different people say its spot on, so whats the deal ?

Anyone else feel the same way ?

i only ever do them off blocks. i've had bad back injuries before, and it's just not worth it. you can be out for like 6 months with a low back injury. been there, dont want to go there agina.

Are you using conventional? Have you tried sumo? That is a lot better for some people. Also try trap bar deadlift.

What's /Fit/'s take on body hair?
does it make you look better or worse depending on how big you are or should you be completely shaven?

Depends on how it grows in. I think the patchy, middle-of-the-chest chestpubes look is terrible and I would shave it immediately. But a nice even distribution of hair over the pecs or even stomach is fine. Back and shoulder hair is disgusting as hell and should always be shaved.

Having said this I'm 23 and just barely starting to grow some peach fuzz on my pecs and have a little trail of hair on my stomach. I don't think I'm destined for good body hair, but we'll see.
