I drink no alcohol, workout 6 times a week including cardio and eat about 200g of protons a day and now im at 20%bf, 86kg, plan to get into 78.

Seems quite ambitious.
I must have been 20% in April when I started my cut, drank no booze, did an EC stack, worked out 6 days a week, cut eating between 2800-2500 and dropped 9kg.

That's in 8 weeks.
You could do it in 5 but you'll likely loose equal parts muscle and fat which I didn't.
