What did you do exactly to injure it? It could be something as simple as wrist flexors to the joint itself.

Try icing it too - stay off of benching for a day or so.

i just got home


i left the hairdresser and saw this disgusting scum woman infront of me walking with a scum staff dog

She was very loud of obviously off her head on alcohol and drugs.. she was pulling the dog by its neck and kicking it full power into its ribs, on one of the busiest high streets in my town..

After the first and second kick i became more and more angry and when she took the dog and lined it up against the wall and kicked it in his ribs i had to shout out 'oi'

i knew she heard me...but i was enraged..i approached her and asked she she was fucking kicking her dog

I knew the second i confronted her, the disgusting cunt would try and approach me,, this is why when she tried to attack me i jumped back and told her not to fucking touch me

Then she tried to set the fucking little dog on me but it was a puppy and was so scared..it just ran around in circles and ran away from the disgusting cunt owner... She was enraged at this point and started putting her finger in her mouth for some reason..then it clicked..i knew she was going to try and flem spit at me..i had to leave.. She then started calling me a black cunt

Hey guys, I am still working on my deadlift form and have made it up to 150lbs now. I am fairly happy with how it is going, I just am trying to keep my form really good with my shoulders down and back so I use a lot of my upper back in the lift and to strengthen posture muscles. That is what is most important to me so I've been working on corrective deadlifts. Let me know what you think, is my form still okay? The weight is starting to get kinda heavy for me. Yes I know im a weakling, im working on it!!!
