How can I work out without a gym etc? I'm going to a small town in Japan and the only gym I know there is a run down abandoned looking sketchy joint run by some super hardcore weight lifters and it looks pretty exclusive. I'm planning to do lots of push-ups and pull-ups. Can anyone give me a good routine so I don't lose all my progress?

i can only assume that you're skinny fat. cut the proper amount of calories away from your current amount and fucking cut for 3-5 months so you can actually retain muscle mass. but because you're skinny fat you should bulk.

I got down from 235 to 165 @ 5''10 in march, did that on keto + tons of cardio, I looked like fucking shit so i decided to start eating carbs again and start lifting problem is even though i eat around 1500-1700 calories per day my weight is still the same since then. I assumed it was muscles because my lifts are going up every week or two. So i don't think bulking is a good idea. Could post a pic if it helps.

I'm fat and I do crunches and planks and stuff. I figure if I can cut more I'll be set. Well, actually, I've lost like 50 pounds, and you can juuuust baaaarely see a vague outline of abs if I flex and you look really hard. Like you can't see the individual cans but there's a definite v-shaped ridge there that wasn't there a month ago.

Hi /fit/ so I'm wanting to lose as much weight as possible without being on the evening news for an hero. I was wondering what is the fastest yet still safe way to go about this. Also what are some good workout routines that focus on the entire body and not just one specific area (ie starting strength).
I'm currently 6'3" 255lb, and I have decent shoulders and legs right now due to unloading our delivery trucks at work but my back core and chest are pretty much non existant and everything has a layer of fat I also eat at a caloric defecit right now. I was also wondering what if you guys knew of some good cheap recipes and how plausible is it to cook all of your meals on one day and portion them out for the week?

Honestly if you want a full body workout focused on weightloss, id go with swimming. It cut me down in a hurry when i was a chubby in highschool.

Go vegan. You shouldn't eat a coloric deficit for too long cause that's not a sustainable diet. With a vegan diet you can eat a lot of food for way less calories.
