What is your sleep schedule like /fit/?

I fall asleep around 4am everyday and wake up in the early afternoon.

This can't be good for me or my gains. I just really like night time...and i stay up on the internet..

Fall asleep around 2pm wake up around 10pm. Been trying to fix my sleep schedule by going to bed at midnight in addition to this, but I still get tired at 2pm.

During my freshman year of college I got very little sleep and my gains grinded to a halt. Felt exhausted and lifts stalled. Even though my sleep schedule is weird right now I still feel good and lifts are progressing.

Unless you feel like shit I wouldn't worry about it hurting your lifts, you still should try to get back on a normal track, though.

Let's talk appetite suppressants. I have late night cravings which destroy my work during the day.

1. I eat fiber full healthy meals on a schedule
2. I keep crap out of the house
3 drink lots of water

Almost positive I just slipped a disc in my back just now. I was lifting a crate of free weights almost equal to 80lbs in a weird way and then I experienced a sharp pain followed by soreness in my back/left thigh. I can still walk around but it's painful. I can't bend down at all. The pain is pretty much equal to a few days after my laparoscopic appendix surgery. I'm seeing a physical therapist tomorrow morning for more information but I'm really concerned.

For those with knowledge/experience: How long will the pain last for? When will I be in the gym again? Will it be more than a week before I can start exercising other muscles in the gym? I hate taking breaks from lifting because exercise does a lot for my mental health/mood. I had to not lift for 3 weeks a few months ago after my surgery and it was torture. Plus it's summer and I don't want to lose any muscle.

I don't normally do powerlifting like squats and deadlifts anyway, just pullups and bent over rows.

Why don't people here understand T.E.F? (Thermic Effect of Food)

Fats T.E.F = 2-5%
Carbs T.E.F = 15-20%
Proteins T.E.F = 25-35%

So why do you fags then go ahead and recommend high fat diets? You're literally getting fuck all TEF from a high fat diet, your body ends up absorbing most of those calories. It explains why I looked like shit on a high fat diet, compared to a low fat diet, despite being on the EXACT same calories.

Best macros for body-composition is LOW fat, MODERATE protein, and HIGH carb. So something like 40-50g fat, 150-200g fats and the rest of your calories from carbs.

1. Nobody actually follows those guidelines

2. You're fucking RETARDED if you think people have been following a low fat diet.

3. American diet is INSANELY high in fat.


The vast majority of the calories that people eat from take-away food, eating out, junk food etc; is from fat.
