WHAT IN THE ACTUAL FUCK BROS

I ran by my local supp store today only to find THEY STOPPED FUCKING STOCKING THE 15LB BAG AND NOW I GOTTA GO WITH THIS FUCKING 6LB LITTLE BITCH ASS TUB THAT WON'T EVEN LAST ME 2 WEEKS REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

Honestly though, aside from the obvious meme magic at work here powering my gains, this really was the best mass gainer I've found in term of how easily it mixes/taste/macro components/quality of ingredients

Most gainers just have loads of maltodex for a carb source, which those of you who ARE going to make it already know has a MASSIVE glycemic index rating, this shit had quality waxy maize, tons of BCAAs and glutamine... but I can't dish out money to buy extra shit at half the size.

What other gainers have you guys tried that you enjoyed?? Will anything ever take the place of the meme macros in my Mutant Mass?

Help me /fit/,

Today, I went to do a chinup (after warming up my neck for around 10 minutes), and when I was at the apex of the movement I felt a hard dull pain in the circled area. It was so intense I felt like I was going to black out.

Now, 2hrs later, the pain is much less but still hurts. It is a dull, throbbing pain. My neck mobility is not reduced at all and moving does not aggrevate it.

It is not a spinal pain, its symmetrical across two points on the back of my skull.

What did I do?

Who here's into calisthenics?

I've got a question if anyone is interested in answering. I'd like to work on my inverted rows to keep my workout balanced, but unfortunately I have no access to anything that could be used properly for this purpose.

I was thinking about getting a dip station like pic related, but I'd also like to work up to rings in the future. I already have a pull up bar.

So I guess at some point I'd like something to do dips and inverted rows with, as well as some pull-up assistance bands so I can build up my pull-up strength while practising good form. The problem is I used to spend too much money on pointless exercise equipment when I was younger, and I'm reluctant to drop more cash on stuff. I don't have easy access to supplies to build equipment either - I live in the middle of nowhere.

Does anyone know where I can get a good deal on the sort of equipment I'm looking for?

I just use cheap gymnastics rings I got from Amazon (40 beaver bucks) to do inverted rows, just hang them from the pullup bar.

You could do dips on them too, but it's a lot harder than dips on a solid frame. So in my case I use the corner of my deck for dips.

look up at the ceiling, and pull at the elbows. They are completely fucking different from curls
