How does one increase testosterone naturally?
I'm 19 and I feel tired all the time, have quick changes of mood, feel weak physically and don't gain muscle mass very easily no matter how hard I work out and eat healthily.

K fit I read the sticky in its entirety with the exception of things meant for women and credits. Are we friends now?

Also a few questions

The sticky suggested a 500 calorie deficit from your TDEE, does that suggest it's unsafe to do 1,000 in order to lose 2lbs a week?

Also in that vein is there anything that is up to question in the sticky? I know it says the information is proven but I need to hear it from you anon.

It's not unsafe but it is very difficult and you will lose significantly more muscle.

If you're obese you should do it but if you just want to get leaner, stick to 500.

Okay /fit/ so I am 5'4" and 132lbs woman even though I've lost a lot of weight by eating less, eating healthier, exercising for up to 2 hours a day everyday etc. I still have somewhat of a pot belly even though my measurements are 37B27W38H. Would factors such as a larger rib cage play into factor that I would have a pot belly?
Please help this is really fucking depressing to me.

I guess I'm going to get in shape

I went on a business trip two weeks ago. On the jet I met a really cool biologist We talked for the entire ride. Then during the actual work week, I never heard from her. When I went to fly back home last Sunday, I saw her sitting with this fucking stacked version of myself (I'm just a skinny programmer)

I've thought about turning this into an experiment. As I get in shape, ill keep a record of my gains AND the luck I have with women.

I'll start a simple conversation with three follow up comments. If the conversation doesn't grow, ill move on.

Dumb question, where are the best places to meet girls? I normally meet them at bars, but that could get expensive if I'm going to do this over a year as I get in better shape

Is a rowing machine good for building muscle? It looks like it hits most of the major muscles in your body. Why do people mainly use it for cardio?
