So i currently work 12 hour nightshift. I always plan on working out when i get home but cant because i just feel exhausted from work and want to laze around. Any tips to help me out? I have a home gym also. I used to use it before i became a inhuman nightliving person.

I'm not Canadian, and I've never heard of that company. But this guy never uses protein powder, and look at him!

I am going to try losing weight again. I am currently 107-108 kilos. If the calculator is true my BMR is 2300 calories and i can live with 1500 calories a day. I will walk like 5 km every day. I will not go to gym until i am about 90 kilos, and i can lose 17 kilos in 3 months easily. Then i will start going to gym.

I have no problem carrying out the 1500 calorie diet but i just dont do it. I dont go crazy without junk food and drinks but i just want them and i dont stop myself. I know i can but i just don't. I know i can do it and i know a lot a about losing weight and getting fit but i just dont do it.

How can i do it? I can, i want go but i just don't. My body looks like shit and i encounter every problem a fat guy would have and i still don't do it.

there's a uni gym that's free to use for students and I have a friend who works out. I have considered asking if he wants to work out together to spot each other and shit, but he's kind of a douchebag/bro type of person that starts a conversation with what leg workout he did the other day or how many grams of protein were in his shake...

lifting to get women is totally fine. most of the manlets (read that < 6'3") on this board really have no shot at getting women regardless so they work themselves up into a frenzy about how lifting is purely for themselves even though they initially started for exactly that reason.


what you'll notice when you lift is that
1) girls will find you more attractive and
2) you will gain a ton of confidence which will
- a) make you more attractive and
- b) increase your chances of getting with said women because you'll be more likely to talk to them

I bench in a cage. Putting the safety catches at "15" is perfect. With a mild arch I can easily touch my chest without hitting safeties, but they take it off me if I exhale and flatten out. I can bench to failure without worry.

So I am supposed to eat about 1900 calories per day (500 less than my TDEE because I am cutting) and I generally eat below that.

How many carbs and grams of fat am I allowed to eat? I heard I am only supposed to eat 100 carbs per day and only like 60g of fat but that makes it difficult to drink even skim milk and I can't eat too much peanut butter or anything.

Also I know I am supposed to get 150g of protein per day (1g/lb I am 5'9" 150) is it ok to go over 150?

So can I basically eat healthy fats and carbs (nuts, whole grain bread) as long as I don't go over my calories per day for cutting?

This right here. Do one Google search and you can find everything he did and he explains it pretty well. It ended up fucking up his metabolism though so now he has to eat like 5k cals a day (after losing the weight).

So recently I've been feeling a bit shitty. I literally do art and programming all day and due to this my physical activity is fictitious. My chest hurts/tingles constantly (probably a mix due to GERD and stress) and my S7 reads 105 on the heart monitor so I feel I need to do some excercise.

What are the best exercises I can do at home/outside to hopefully bring down my heart rate? The nearest gym is more than an hour away so I don't have any tools to particularly use. I've cut out all caffeine and most sugar as of recent, and I plan to start running, but the more I can do/the most the efficient I can do We'll be the best. Also I'm 6' and 185 pounds.
