Ok so what's the actual manlet cutoff /fit/? I know you guys think 6 feet is, but everywhere I look outside of /fit/ says that the average male height is 5'8".

I don't know guys, I just can't do that.
I am 70lbs overweight but don't even do something about it. Everyday I promise myself that I'll do a clean diet then a few minutes later I binge eat shit.
I know that I'm living comfortably this way and being fit is not a life-death matter for me, maybe that's why I don't push myself for it.
I feel like if I had a big brother or something like that who would push me and help me I could achieve stuff.
Please help me guys, what can I do? My discipline is non-existant, my motivation is very very weak and procrastination, I could get a doctorate on..
I WANT to be healthy, I WANT to look good, I WANT to love myself, I WANT a nice lady with me, I WANT people's respect. But I am this fucker who doesn't do anything..

You can try hang cleans with no foot movement and light weight so you learn the movement without moving yourself around. Though if you're only moving slightly back after your power clean it's not that bad.

They don't look full because they hang more and more as you get older. Imagine that someone you took the upper skin of your breast and pulled it upward, that would make your breasts look rounder and fuller.
Unfortunately you can't do that without surgery or clothes.
