Got fucked last night and i know its bad for my gains blah blah blah but this was a once off. Feel kind of guilty now and i have a raging hangover. Is it bad to lift on a hangover or can i go to gym now without causing more damage?

welp, 6-7 months is a pretty long break imho. If your diet wasnt great, you might have loss a lot of mass and muscle strenght.

I always get doms after I dont work-out for 1-3 months, Imagine that half a year break would give me doms similiar to the first training session ever.

i'd say there's a certain amount of slack regarding form, but that there's a point where form is too bad. push weight as long as you can remain in the bounds of what is considered "good form", but perfect form isn't necessary imo

it's not either/or. at some point you need to push near-limit weights and you can't expect perfect execution when you do. if shit form is the norm in your workouts you have a problem, but if you insist on perfect form at all times you're not lifting heavy enough. beginners should never push near-limit weights, though, so this doesn't apply to them

I'm a casual weightlifter with about 12% bodyfat.

I have 17 inch biceps and a 50 inch chest just measured. I'm 6'2.

Do I look twig, or is it slightly to make look twice?

I can't seem to get big no matter what I do. I've tried everything from working out everyday intensely + cardio to just sitting around and sitting like a fucking fat ass slob. I can't break 160 lbs the most I've been is 155 lbs. I'm 5'9.

My max bench is 225.
My max squat is 380.
My max deadlift is 400.

Why can't I reach 200 pounds?

What's fits schedule look like on a normal work day?

7:30am to 9:30am workout
9:30am to 9:50am walk dogo
9:50 to 10 shower
10 to 10:20 make food
10:20 to 12:30 free time
12:30 to 1pm lay restless
1pm to 9pm sleep
9:00pm to 10:00pm get ready for work and make lunch for work
10:00pm 7:30 am work

Riddle me this /fit/, will my boobs become none existent like pic related if I exercise? So far I just run and swim but I want to join the military in one of the few spec ops that allows females and need to start really working out.

So will I get 'ripped' if I do:

90-100 push ups daily
90-100 sit ups daily
15 pull ups daily

I'm going to be doing more things but those are the ones I'm worried about that correlate with my chest.

I also plan to do p90x but not with extreme weights just to strengthen my arms, then I plan to lift maybe once or twice a week, again not crazy weights.


My boobs are small and droppyish so if the do disappear it'll look gross. Would these exercises cause this?

Fit help me,

I put on 12 kg in 3 months
I went from 62 to 75kg

That is 13 kg in 3 months, I think I put on a lot of fat, but I also noticed I improved my liftd a lot and feel a lot stronger.

Do you think I am ready to cut fit? or should I keep going til 80kg?

I am 18 years old and 181cm tall

You're small, get bigger and then cut.

Previously I cut too early and hated how small I got, now I'm ending my bulk and I feel almost uncomfortably fat but once I cut, I'll look a lot better.
