are raisins /fit/ approved? they're just dried grapes but they also have shitloads of sugar so they're pretty high in calories. i've started bying them as an alternative to fresh grapes because they keep longer and cost way less in the long run. they're pretty good at curbing snack cravings if you stick to no more than 1/4 cup (approx 130 cal)

I eat 'em, but I like keeping a bag of grapes in my freezer more.

They last a decent while like that and I just grab 3 or 4 when I want something.

Do each set of the workout consecutively, with no rests in between reps. PWO meal is a banana.

Do not use AC during the summer or winter for optimal results.

Day 1 for me. Currently doing my squats first, next is pushups, then situps, then running. I'm taking rests in between reps for the first few weeks, as many as needed. Hoping to work up to no rests.

Ask anything, although it's pretty straightforward.

Those of you that have managed to quit smoking - How do you deal with the night sweats / insomnia? Was this a problem for you guys?

Also to keep it /fit/ related did you notice increase in gains? Mental or physical?

Friends dad smoked for 40~ years straight and quit using a vape.

Started at high nic level because he was smoking 1-2 packs a day.

Every 1st of the month he would drop down a nicotine level.

After about 6-8 months he was down to almost no nicotine then did one month with 0 nicotine then stopped the next.

i only drink pick related because they're refreshing, and arguably the least unhealthy energy drink along with their rockstar recovery counterparts. very low sugar and non-carbonated.

pre-workout powders however i go balls to the wall with.

Alright, i'd assume most hate these questions, but I just want to see what diffrent diets etc some people use. Articles are kinda bullshit, as they rarely show downsides etc.

What is the best way of losing weight, in the span of 1 month, for a non-obese person?
The only strat ive had before is starving, but that seems to fuck with you once you eat again so.

I'll be joining a gym in about 2 weeks time, been eating really well for the past few days as well as getting fixing up my sleep schedule, already feeling the effects of the /fit/ life, however, I'm curious as to how working out will manifest itself outwardly, i.e. will my face look healthier, will I feel sharper, more flexible etc.. Just want to know how people felt a few months into a good routine, in general, whether it be mental or physical, what were the changes etc

Holy fuck you're not gonna make it. Don't lift and expect super gains after each session, looks and muscles will come but it will take at lest 2 years of constant lifting so others will notice you got ripped. For yourself maybe a few months, one day you'll look at the mirror and see that you've got some muscles you've never seen before. That's how it works.

fat guy here with 130 kgs

i have a question

im having some issues with weight loss. my goal is to reach 75/80 kg, in about a year, losing almost 5kg per month / 1kg per week. the issue is that im gaining strenght a lot and having harder muscles

im kinda stuck now between 129/131 kg, and i would love to lose weight while gaining some muscular mass

its normal to yo-yo during a month at this weight?

i started training with 135 kinda 4 months ago.
