What gives with the attitudes of needing to graffiti up a great physique? Rob Archer, pic related, is perfect example of this. 6'6" and built and shredded - then looks like children scribbled all over him.

Same with Martyn Ford, and just about every strongman.

You figure they would learn from a guy like Brock O'hurn and avoid the ink. Sheesh.

Is 16:8 too little for intermittent fasting?

I usually operate around 16:8 anyways

i've been doing 23:1 since march and i've had no problems, the less time i spent eating the better at least for a cut, i can fit 1200 cals in 1 hour easy, i normally eat around 2 or 3 pm

I noticed this kind of behaviors coming up in the past month.

Psilocybin (the active part of shrooms) has recently been in the news, they've been doing trials with psilocybin against long term depression sufferers.


You have something in your brain called the default mode network which you could say regulates your mood. Sometimes it can get stuck in unhealthy patterns (such as the chemical imbalance which causes depression)

Using psychedelic drugs seems to have the effect of resetting this default mode network, or so the current theory goes.

The trials have been using psychedelic drugs mixed with therapy to help people reach the route of their issues.


Speaking from personal experience, LSD changed my life. I used to be a heavy drinking and a major pothead until I took LSD, LSD revealed to me that the reason I smoked and drank was because I was bored and depressed, and getting shitfaced was a way to pass the time and distract myself because I was literally bored with life.

Because of that trip I learned I had to spend my time better; and thats what I did. I started spending more time with friends, I started training/exercising more.

It has had other positive effects in my life too, but the main one I'd like to share is the fact that it put me off alcohol and drugs. If I try to drink alcohol now I can't because I feel anxious about it, the entire time I try to drink I'm aware that I don't really want it and it's a way to numb myself. it's made me really aware of alcohol and weed being a way to waste our lives.

I realize I'm on 4chan right now but I'm at work, in my personal time I am really active and outdoors/socialising alot.

Oh boy, you have to do the most pleasurable thing in existence, eat. Skinnyfags can eat whatever they want, but cry. Skinnyfat bros and fatties/former fatties have to watch their calories. Much harder. I could easily eat 2 boxes of pasta a day. It's easy as hell to make and delicious. I could snack on chips, fruit/juice, chocolate milk all day and still want to eat meals. I can't though, so don't come crying on here before I beat your ass
