I don't have much fat left on me but it's concentrated in my lower belly and slight double chin. I can see my legs and arms becoming more defined by the day yet these 2 areas stay the same It's so annoying.

Seems like Yohimbine would be perfect for it...I have a bottle in my bathroom but I just have never gotten around to using it. Idk I'm just skeptical of all this kind of stuff.

former powerlifter, used to use that as an excuse to have high bodyfat. Mind you I was never morbidly obese, I was just one of those built-fat guys.

Being lean is so much better and my lifts have actually went up. I still power lift but I can't tell you how annoying it is to see these guys use their strength as an excuse to be fat. If you try to tell them otherwise, they'll just say some shit like "kek you tryin' to be a pretty boy, faggot?"

yes, i'm 5'6" but no that doesn't mean that you can bully me without consequences. It's never actually proportionate big guys either, it's always skinny dyel lanklets with no gains and hunch backs that would make Quasimodo laugh.

In 5 days it will be one month since I started it, but since it's summer and as a basement dweller I don't do anything else I'm thinking of changing it up a bit. I've thought of 2 ways. First is to do PPLxPPLx. Second way is to transfer the squats in either PULL or PUSH day and go AxBxAxBx, but since my workout is already hella tiring I'm not sure if I can make it. Also I'm not really a fan of PPLxPPLx.

I'm also thinking about adding Shoulder Press on my leg day, but if I go with plan two should I maybe add the shoulder press to my PUSH day and the squats to my PULL day? Or should I just continue with PxPxLx?
