How many years of fucking around wasting time on 5/day bro-splits and assorted 6/day PPL routines did you do, before finally trying a 3/day Full Body routine and realized finally what everyone was talking about?

Ask a guy who has been eating less than 800 calories a day for over 6 months while maintaining an extreme level of cardio each day (20 miles of cycling, walk 10 miles, run 5 miles x each day) and eats nothing but beans, rice, chicken, fruit, veggies and oatmeal but still looks like a fucking shit.

Is it worth roiding if you're under 25? I'm 18 and been lifting since my mid teens, got myself a good body and everything, but I want to go further. Arnold said he roided since his teens and he seems fine.

Can calisthenics and dumbbells alone help build muscle?

I never lift by the way, used to do bench press, deadlift and squats a few years ago but haven't done shit since.
