Let me tell a story about how Belgium is fucked up /fit/.


What you can see on the pic is the result of my last bloodtest, i asked my doctor to do one because i thought my testosterone level were way too low.

As you can see, it's not, but yet, i'm 22 years old, with no beard, cant build muscle (skinny fat) and after training for some times i still dont have any strenght. (genetics right?)

So, despite having normal test lvl, i keep asking my doctor to give me something to help me, after some talking, he ask to do arm wrestling with me, with the only condition being using every bit of strenght i had.

He destroyed me of course, and so he accepted to give me sustanon 250mg, one time a month.

I told him sustanon needed to be injected atleast every 3 days, heres the answer word by word: "Shut the fuck up those guy doing this are fucking crazy stay careful with your health"


So today, i got sustanon 250 injected into my ass, it's gonna do fucking nothing, but i accepted because i'm depressed and too lazy to argue.

Hey /fit/

So I am really thin but have kind of a lot of fat on my pecks compared to the rest of my body. I am looking for ways to reduce my man titties without building a ton of muscle, just losing some of the fat.

I am 6'1" and ~148 lbs by the way. I have abs but tiny man tits lol

The pic isnt me but its kind of close. I am just a lot thinner around my stomach and not lopsided pecks like that guy.

15 miles is nothing, you can still do legs in the gym on the same day if that's all you'll be doing. You should be biking for cardio anyway not to build your legs.

Iam biking 20km after my leg days(push/pull routine) as some form of light cardio.

To answer your question, you need to hit legs but do leg workouts before your biking or on seperate day.

So ultimately, our perception of reality is constrained by dynamic and static factors that are in one way or another out of control. What do we do about this?

This is the year I will finally do things right, master the fundamentals of nutrition and see my abs for the first time in my life. No room for guesstimating, no room for winging it, no time to waste.

Am I doomed to eat the same things multiple times a day for months on end like in pic related? Is there a way around this hell? How do I introduce some variety but still make sure the macros and number of calories per day stay within the predetermined limits?

My head is spinning from all these puzzling calculations. I add one ingredient to the meal and it changes the macros percentages. It's like playing whack-a-mole. How do I get my head around it? How did you manage to make it, /fit/? I don't wanna die without ever experiencing being lean...
