/fit/, I decided to try an experiment and see if I can loose 80 lbs of pure fat in 5 months

Plan:
Eat almost nothing for these 5 months. Do pure cardio one day and lifting the next

On cardio days take vitamin pills in the morning so I st least get some nutrients

On lifting days only drink one serving of whey protein. This is so my muscles will decrease in mass at a slower rate than my fat, so j don't end up being an Auschwitz fag.

Do you think is its doable? I know the risks but I'm in a point in my life I have ti lose weight VERY fast and this looks like a solution

Post 'em whether you figured them out yourself or you read them online.

Squat:
>push hips back as as hard as you can while at the same time pushing your back upwards (single biggest improvement to my squat)
>don't keep legs to far out apart, but point your feet out at an outwards angle
>when taking the bar off the hooks, get in a powerful stance and push hard

Deadlift:
>lean backwards and use more legs
>hold onto the bar with as much of your hand as possible, and not with just your fingers

OHP:
>keep your asscheeks clenched throughout the lift
>stick your hips forward and chest back at the bottom of the lift and then pull your hips back when pushing up
>push more with the outerside of the palm (below the pinky finger)

I took a lab I paid for out of pocket 3 years ago at 20 years old
then my test levels were at the very low end of normal
Now I spend $500 a year buying pharma test off the deep web and my life is better in every way

hey /fit/ I absolutely hate cardio .

So I've been lifting for a while now and I'm planning on cutting this summer.

Is eating less enough? will I lose enough weight by cutting back on food? Or is cardio mandatory?

TLDR: What's your take on frozen veggies ?

I used to firmly believe that fresh was
better than frozen both in taste and nutrition.

As i am currently watching a investigation show about how frozen food are so cheap, It was mentioned (and tested by an independent lab) that in average frozen vegetables has 6 times more nutritious elements than fresh food.
But some frozen fruits or other show 0% of vitamins on their packaging.

Is that right ? Am i being cheated ?
As it is cheaper i think i might only buy frozen now.

Yes. It's my preferred method. Eating banana helps though. The idea is that you wake up, then start working out BEFORE the hunger sets in. So you have to be timely.
