Just switched to PPL from upper/lower, lost strength in a few things on push. Why? I added some more stuff to my routine that i didn't do before, such as incline bench and dips. Also started supersetring shoulder press and lat raises. Regressed in tricep overhead extension and chest flyes.

Could it be that due to my exhausting certain muscles more from the added stuff, i went down in other stuff?

I had been on a full body every other day since i started, no problems, made consistent gains. Switched to upper/lower, went 6 days a week, again made gains. If anything PPL has me putting more days between muscle groups. Could it be that a decreased frequency is fucking me over, even rhough i'm still going 6 days a week?

Is boxing a meme? I'm already pretty fit (gym for 4.5 years) and want to either do boxing or moksha (hot yoga). Ideally I wouldn't want to lose gains from the cardio that is required with boxing and I would increase strength and endurance while learning some fighting.

I'm 33. My wife left me. I'm 5'9" 175 lbs. Attractive and successful, but soft, overweight, depressed and lonely.

I can't do anything about my age, my ex-wife, or my height, but I figure I could get in shape.

What should I do /fit/? Join a gym? Buy weights? Whatever you guys tell me to do, I'm doing pretty much tomorrow. Literally whatever.

I'm willing to spend up to $200 a month if necessary, and will invest up to $1000 initially in whatever it is I need in order to become as much of a god as possible at this stage of my life.

Ummmm...hi! I don't know how to start with this...ok! A month ago I fell from the stairs, a long way down, and I feel like something isn't ok with my back, something isn't in place. I was practicing taekwondo but I couldn't go on, when to jump back hurt me much, also happens to me to run and make a lot of strength.

1.Dennis is a man who workouts and competes for his own satisfaction and strives to make it for him and not the sluts.

2. Dennis takes care of his mother, even though i feel like he knows that she is emotionally dependent on him and scorns his father for being an alcoholic and constantly reminding Dennis of that.

3. Dennis trys to socialize even though he knows its not his forte. calling a female and taking her out on dates is not his forte. us the viewers can see that from his demeanor. Although its clearly seen the he is a introvert, he does not let it prevent him from trying out new things.
