Any diet advice or anything like that?

I'm 18 at the moment, 5'11", and maybe 25% body-fat. I'm 203 lbs (last measured a week ago), with a 40" waist, 41" chest, 25" thighs, and 15" biceps. I've been on a 2000 calorie atkins cut for a few days, and have started StrongLifts (currently just working on my form and mobility).

First, H and K are extremely important no matter what your goal is. There is literally NO scenario where drinking less water or eating more sugar would be beneficial, to anyone, ever, under any circumstances.

Now, as for your specific goal, in order of importance:

The rest can be experimented with as a means to manage your hunger cravings. Different things work for different people. But none of them will actually make you lose more fat.

I want to start working out at home due to lack of money recently.

GF has been bugging me to take her to work out with me. How the fuck are you supposed to work out with grills? Do you just have them do your routine with lighter weights? I run a higher volume version of Coolcidada's PPL routine.

Yeah, just let her do the lifts with you but at appropriate weight. It's kind of annoying to have to take off a ton off weight between every set, but that's what most girls want to do.

If she's very utilitarian then she might be okay if you just have her do SS or something while you do your lifts and help her when she needs it.
