Any of you ever heard of the military diet. I can vouch for it. I lost 9 pounds in 3 days. Only thing is, you cant supplement anything for one of the foods if you dont like it. You have to eat it.

My wife is overweight, she does yoga occasionally. She doesn't lift with me. She's cool with me lifting and she probably would join if it were a higher priority for her. We used to run together some years ago, we were both skinnier then, but I was also a lot weaker. This description doesn't real do her justice - she's trying to rebuild exercise habits, so by /fit/ standards she's whatever but I think she's awesome.

If you're ever on a road trip or stuck somwhere, a McDouble is a meal.
I wonder, all things being equal, if a McDouble is matched by anything else in history in terms of calorie and nutrition per dollar, ubiquity, and ease and speed of creation and ordering.

Citrus and smoking give me canker sores (I don't smoke regularly, but the occasional cigar will do it). You just gotta stop doing whatever you're doing that gives you them, or at least rinse your mouth with some water afterwards.
One time I bought some stuff from a pharmacy that helps with them, kinda numbed the area around the sore.
Apply toothpaste directly to the site as soon as possible. It'll sting like fuck, but it will neutralize it. Then use strong mouthwash for good measure.
Otherwise the circles will eventually burst on you, spreading the virus further.
You'll never be rid of it, but you can reduce how much the virus reproduces by killing off the breeding sites early.
It's no accident I rarely get the virus now. I just kept attacking the sores aggressively to reduce how much the virus spread in me.

Right now i'm kindof concerned. I've been losing weight alot and it feels like my dick has been getting bigger; i've gone from 6.5 inches to almost 6.75 after only losing like 15 lbs so i'm pretty happy about that.
The main thing i'm worried about is that the head of my penis is really dry looking right now. Is this something I'm supposed to moisturize everyday or is this just a side effect of being circumsized?
